Creativity is self-serve. There is no application and no waiting list: you create an account, answer four short questions, and your workspace opens with a 14-day trial of the Standard plan — no card. A founder is still one click away, on your terms, at the end of this page.

1. Sign up

Go to Start free trial and create your account with an email and password, or with Google. Then the four questions, which take under a minute:

  • the name of your organisation (and a logo, if you have one handy);
  • what best describes you — brand, strategist, media buyer, agency, or just getting started;
  • your main goal, and roughly where and how much you run ads;
  • your name, and how you heard about Creativity.

2. Your workspace and the trial

The moment you finish, your workspace exists and the 14-day Standard trial starts. The trial seat at the bottom of the navigation counts the days down, and everything the Standard plan unlocks is open for those two weeks — Home, the Leaderboard, Reports and Metrics included. When the trial ends you choose a plan, or continue on Free, where the market catalog stays free forever.

You can run up to three workspaces per account — one workspace is one brand.

3. Connect Meta — with the right Facebook profile

Connect Meta with the Facebook profile that has admin (or advertiser) access on the ad account — not a personal profile that only follows the page. During consent, Facebook shows a business and ad-account picker; select the ad account you want Creativity to read.

Logging in with a profile that cannot reach the ad account is the single most common cause of an empty first sync: the connection shows no ad accounts.

The connection lives in Settings → Integrations → Meta, read-only. See Connect your Meta ad account for the permissions we ask and the ones we never ask. Until an ad account is connected, Home, the Leaderboard, Reports and Metrics stay empty — they are built from your own account, and there is nothing to invent.

4. Connect your store

If your store runs on Converty, connect it in the same place: it is the order truth that keeps Metrics honest — delivered and paid revenue, not just what the pixel tracked. See Connect your Converty store. Shopify and the other platforms are coming; the Integrations pane says which.

5. The first sync

Meta syncs every hour; Converty every six hours. What you will see, in what order, is in What happens after you connect.

6. Book a call with the founders

We still want to hear from every new brand. Book a short onboarding call whenever it suits you: we read your first week with you, answer what the product does not, and take back what is missing — and we build what you ask for. Anything else: support@creativity.run.
