Meta tells you what was ordered. Your store tells you what was delivered and paid. Metrics needs the second to say anything true about profit.
Why connect the store
With orders in, Creativity computes:
- the P&L — revenue, ad spend, expenses, net profit and margin;
- unit economics — real CAC (spend over delivered orders), payback, lifetime gross profit;
- the cash-on-delivery funnel — placed, confirmed, delivered, paid, with the refusal rate in between.
Every number is computed from stored rows. Friday narrates them; it does not compute its own.
Steps
- Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Converty.
- Approve the connection on Converty's side (a partner connection — no API key to paste).
- Back in Settings, the store shows as connected. Orders sync every six hours.
About currencies
If your ad spend is in US dollars and your orders are in Tunisian dinar, Metrics shows the two side by side and marks the ratio as a currency mismatch. It never converts one into the other at an implied rate: a rate you did not choose is still a rate, and it would make the margin look better or worse than it is.
Nothing to show yet?
A store with no orders in the connected period shows em-dashes in the funnel — no data, not zero. The same is true of the Expenses block until you enter your own costs.
Disconnect
Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. The sync stops immediately; removing the synced orders as well follows Data deletion.
