Terms of Service

Free: a first look at the shared catalog — the first ads in Inspo and the first shops in Shops, with their free filters. The workspace owner only. No AI.

Standard ($49 a month; $36 a month billed quarterly; $29 a month billed yearly): Inspo and Shops in full — every filter and sort, saves and boards — plus the console on your own ad account — Home, the Leaderboard, Reports and Metrics — AI tags and transcripts on your own creatives, AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) and up to five teammates besides the owner (a pending invitation holds a place). AI spend is capped at $10 a month per workspace.

Workspaces: the workspace is what a plan pays for; the people in it are not counted. Each person owns one workspace, during the trial, on Free and on Standard. An owner whose Standard workspace is paid can add another workspace for $19 a month; $14 a month billed quarterly; $11 a month billed yearly; each added workspace is a Standard workspace and starts when its payment lands. A Tunisian bank transfer pays 3× these amounts in dinars.

Paying: choosing a plan in Creativity shows the amount due, in US dollars. Until card payments are available, email support@creativity.run and we reply with the payment details. The plan starts on the day we record your payment. A quarterly or yearly plan is paid once per cycle, at the stated total.

Paying from Tunisia: a bank transfer in Tunisian dinars pays exactly 3× the US-dollar amount. This is a fixed rule, not an exchange rate.

Upgrades and downgrades: an upgrade during a paid period costs the difference between the two plans for the days left in it, and your renewal date does not move. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Cancellation: email support@creativity.run at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Renewal: nothing renews automatically. If no payment for the next period is recorded within 7 days after a period ends, the workspace returns to Free. Data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

You own: all data you provide or that we derive from your accounts (ad data, order data, reviews, AI tags, scores, reports, exports).

We own: the Creativity platform — the agents, the prompts, the AI Tags taxonomy, the curated Tactic Library, the Performance Memory schema, and the Dashboard UI.

License to operate: you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the service. This license terminates 60 days after your subscription ends.

Cross-brand learning: aggregated, anonymized patterns (e.g. “hook tactic X wins on cold audiences in beauty”) may inform the Tactic Library's confidence scores. Your brand-specific data is never shared with other brands.

Spend caps are enforced by the `usage_events` meter: every LLM call is checked against your plan's monthly cap before it runs, and a call that would cross the cap is not made. Creatives left untagged by a pause are picked up by the next run once the next month begins — no duplicate work.

Apify scraping budgets carry their own per-call maxTotalChargeUsd cap and stop cleanly when reached.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: misleading or fraudulent advertising, regulated-substance promotion without proof of compliance, content that infringes third-party IP, scraping or reselling Creativity outputs as a third-party service.

Governing law (Droit applicable) : Republic of Tunisia (Tunisie).

Venue: Tunisian commercial arbitration seated in Tunis, conducted in French.

Mandatory rights: nothing in these terms limits any consumer-protection right that you cannot waive under your local law (e.g. EU consumer rights for EU residents).
