What you get on each tier
Plain language
Four tiers: Free, Starter $49/mo, Standard $199/mo, and Enterprise (sales-led). Quarterly and yearly billing lower the monthly rate. Each paid tier has a published monthly LLM spend cap and a published cycle allowance. When you hit a cap, cycles pause cleanly until you upgrade or the period rolls. Never an overage charge.

Enterprise (sales-led): Standard across multiple brands with a portfolio overlay and dedicated onboarding. Eight creative cycles a month. $400 monthly LLM cap. Priced per agreement.
Billing and refunds
Plain language
Prices are in US dollars, on a monthly, quarterly or yearly cycle. No payment processor is live yet, so no plan currently takes a charge — we set your plan up with you directly. Cancel any time — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access for the rest of the paid period. Brands that started below a 50 Brand Health Score get a 3-cycle moneyback if Net Profit doesn't improve. No refunds for partial months otherwise.

Billing cycle: monthly, quarterly or yearly, charged on the anniversary of your first paid day, in US dollars. A quarterly or yearly plan is billed once per cycle at the stated total, not monthly.
Cancellation: any time from Settings → Billing. Stops the next renewal. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
3-cycle moneyback: if your brand started at a Brand Health Score below 50 and your Net Profit has not improved after 3 completed cycles, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the third cycle's completion.
Failed payments: a 7-day grace period before the brand is suspended. Data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Your data, our output
Plain language
You own your brand data, your creative assets, and any creative briefs or generated assets Creativity produces from them. We own the Creativity platform itself — the agents, the prompts, the AI Tags taxonomy, the curated knowledge corpus. Anonymized cross-brand patterns may inform the platform's learning loop; your specific brand data never does.

You own: all data you provide or that we derive from your accounts (ad data, order data, reviews, briefs, generated creatives, exports).
We own: the Creativity platform — the agents, the prompts, the AI Tags taxonomy, the curated Tactic Library, the Performance Memory schema, and the Dashboard UI.
License to operate: you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the service. This license terminates 60 days after your subscription ends.
Cross-brand learning: aggregated, anonymized patterns (e.g. “hook tactic X wins on cold audiences in beauty”) may inform the Tactic Library's confidence scores. Your brand-specific data is never shared with other brands.
Spend caps and pause behavior
Plain language
Each tier ships with a hard monthly LLM spend cap. We warn at 80% and pause cycles at 100% with an upgrade CTA. Paused cycles resume cleanly from the last LangGraph checkpoint when you upgrade or the month rolls over. You will never get a surprise bill.

Spend caps are enforced by the `usage_events` meter and the cycle scheduler's pre-flight check. The pause is checkpoint-clean: when you upgrade or the next month begins, the cycle resumes from exactly where it stopped — no duplicate work, no skipped briefs.
Apify scraping budgets carry their own per-call maxTotalChargeUsd cap and stop cleanly when reached.
