Disconnect a data source (Meta, store, analytics)

In the app, open Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect on the provider card. This immediately deletes the stored access token (the encrypted credential is wiped, not just flagged) and stops all future syncing from that source.

What is removed right away: the OAuth access token and refresh material for that provider. Creativity can no longer read anything from the account.
What remains until you ask: the historical metrics already synced into your workspace (ad performance rows, order events), because they power your own dashboards. Email us to purge them entirely — see below.
Meta specifically: you can also revoke Creativity from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Business integrations. Revoking there invalidates our token as well; Meta notifies us and the connection is marked disconnected.
Delete your whole account and workspace data

Email aziz@optimaia.pro from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm the request, then delete your account, workspaces, connected-source tokens, synced records, and AI-derived data.

Timeline: deletion is completed within 30 days of the confirmed request. We reply when it's done.
Scope: account profile, workspace records, connector credentials, synced ad/order/review data, embeddings, AI tags, generated briefs and creatives, and assistant conversation history.
What may persist: minimal billing/invoice records where bookkeeping law requires retention, and encrypted database backups that expire on a rolling window (max 30 days) — after which no copy remains.
Requests originating from Meta

If you remove the Creativity app from your Facebook account, Meta sends us a deauthorization signal. We mark the connection disconnected and delete the stored token automatically. For full historical-data removal, use the email path above — it covers everything, not just the token.

Signal handling: Meta's deauthorization webhook is verified against the app secret before any change is applied. On receipt, the stored access token for the affected workspace is deleted and the connection status set to disconnected.
Historical records: ad performance rows already synced remain part of the workspace's own analytics until the workspace owner requests deletion via the email path above, which removes them within 30 days.
