Once Meta (and optionally Converty) are connected, the first sync runs within the hour. Here is what appears, in the order it appears.

How often things refresh

  • Meta — every hour: ads, creatives and daily metrics for every connected ad account.
  • Converty — every six hours: orders and their status.
  • Reports, scores and tags — recomputed daily, early in the morning (Tunis time), after the night's data is in.

A creative launched at 10:00 shows up on Home by 11:00 with its first day of metrics; its Friday Scores and AI tags follow the next morning.

What fills first

  1. Home and the Leaderboard. Your creatives, grouped so that every variation of one creative counts as one row. Spend, results and the ranking come straight from the synced metrics.
  2. AI tags. Each creative is described across eight dimensions (format, hook type, angle, audience and so on). An AI proposes the tags; a fixed vocabulary validates them, so two people never see two spellings of the same tag.
  3. Friday Scores. Once a creative has enough delivery to rank, its Hook, Watch, Click and Convert scores appear. See Friday Scores explained.
  4. Reports. Three report types are live at launch; each reads the same rows Home does.
  5. Metrics. The P&L, unit economics and the cash-on-delivery funnel — as soon as the store has orders.

What an em-dash means

A in any cell means "no data yet", never "zero" and never "estimated". Creativity does not fill a gap with a model to make a page look complete. When the reason is known (not connected, no orders, not enough delivery), the cell says so on hover.

What stays locked, and why

Some panes show a locked state on purpose: Friday's chat, the Expenses block in Metrics, the Comments and Transcript tabs in the creative drawer. Each one names what unlocks it. A locked pane is a promise we have not shipped yet, not a paywall in disguise — plan-gated features are marked with the plan name instead.

If nothing appears after two hours

  • Check that the Meta tester invite was accepted with the profile that holds admin on the ad account — the most common cause.
  • Check that the ad account has had delivery in the last 30 days; an account with no recent spend syncs, but Home has nothing to rank.
  • Write to support@creativity.run with your workspace name.
