How to make Claude a 10x marketer

One Claude Project per brand, the brand context written once, the prompts we hand every new client, and five commands that run the week. The quick start for Creativity in Claude.

Most people open Claude, type a blank question about their ads and get a blank answer back. The model isn't the problem. It doesn't know the brand, it can't see the account, and it has nothing to build on from one chat to the next.

Creativity fixes the second part: once Claude is connected, it reads your Meta ads, your creatives with their AI tags and transcripts, your saved reports and the competitor ad library. This post is about the other two parts. It's the quick start we now hand every new client, and it takes about ten minutes.

Step 1: write the brand down once

Every good strategist starts with the brief. In Claude, that brief is a brand context document, and the Brand Intake skill writes it for you. Open a chat and ask:

Run brand intake for [brand name].

Claude asks only what it can't find on its own, researches the brand and drafts the document: who buys, why they buy, what they're tired of hearing, how the brand sounds, what winning looks like. Read it, correct what's off, and approve it. Every other skill gets smarter once this exists.

Step 2: give the brand its own Claude Project

Download the approved document and create a Claude Project for the brand. Put the document in the Project's files and paste this into its instructions:

You're the creative strategist of [brand name]. You have the brand's context in the Project files. You're connected to Creativity's connector, your only source of ad data and creatives. You have the creative strategy skills installed. Our purpose is to analyze [brand name]'s ads and build a creative strategy system for it.

That's the whole trick. Every chat you open in that Project now starts from the brand, with the account one question away. Agencies make one Project per client, so Claude never mixes one brand's numbers with another's (each Creativity connection reads one workspace anyway).

Step 3: ask for the work, not the prompt

With the brief in place, you stop writing prompts and start asking for work. A few we use every week:

  • "Which of my creatives are winning, and why?"
  • "What angles have we already tested?"
  • "Analyze these customer reviews." (then paste them)
  • "Map my creative strategy" or "Help me unlock new audiences for this product."
  • "I have a hook and a pain point. Help me turn it into a full ad concept with a clear visual structure."
  • "Give me a wide variety of hooks for [product]. I want options I can test against each other."

Behind those asks, the skills run as one workflow: Brand Intake, then Review Audit for the customers' own words, the Creative Strategy Engine for angles and personas, Creative Mechanics and Visual Formats for the concept, Hook Writing for the opening lines, and Creative Analysis to read what the account says and feed the next round. You can run all of it in one conversation and keep building on what Claude gives you.

Two habits make the answers sharper. Name the period, the metric and your target ("last 30 days, CPA, our target is 25 TND"): Claude can't guess your margin. And when something misses, say why ("too salesy, make it sound like a friend") instead of starting over.

Step 4: let five commands run the week

The strategist plugin adds five slash commands for the live account. Type /, pick one, press Enter:

  • /daily-check: a 30-second scan of yesterday against the day before and the last 7 days. It flags, it doesn't decide.
  • /weekly-review: the strongest creatives, the winning, disproven and untested angles, the bottleneck, and 3 to 10 hypotheses for next week's production.
  • /monthly-review: the month's best concept, angle, offer, persona, format and proof, the biggest deterioration and the profitable spend ceiling.
  • /audit: for an account you're taking over: 90 days of creatives mapped, every angle labeled Explore, Exploit, Iterate or Abandon.
  • /strategy-run: the whole method for a new brand, one step at a time, waiting for your OK between steps.

Every command ends with three next steps; reply 1, 2 or 3, or just say what you want instead.
