Creativity is not self-serve yet. Every brand in the beta is onboarded personally — which is why the site has an application form instead of a sign-up button.

1. Apply

Go to Apply for early access and answer the form. It takes two or three minutes: what you sell, where you run ads, roughly what you spend, and what you want out of the tool. The qualified path ends on a booking page for the call.

2. The call

A founder walks you through the product on a short call and asks three practical things:

  • which Meta ad account you will connect, and who holds admin on it;
  • whether your store runs on Converty (order truth for Metrics);
  • what you want to answer first — which creatives to scale, what to make next, or what the real margin is.

3. Accept the Meta tester invite

Our Meta app runs in Development mode during the beta, so every user is added as a tester by hand. You will receive a tester invite from the app. Accept it with the Facebook profile that has admin (or advertiser) access on the ad account — not a personal profile that only follows the page.

Without an accepted tester invite, the Meta connection will show no ad accounts. This is the single most common cause of an empty first sync.

4. Your workspace and the connections

On the call we create your workspace — one workspace is one brand — and connect:

You can run up to three workspaces per account during the beta.

5. The first sync and the trial

Meta syncs every hour; Converty every six hours. Your 7-day trial of the Standard plan starts when the onboarding flow completes, so the first week shows everything the plan unlocks. What you will see, in what order, is in What happens after you connect.

6. Stay in touch

Beta brands share a WhatsApp group with the founders, and we book a second call around day five to read your first week together. Anything else: support@creativity.run.
