One workspace is one brand
Every brand gets its own workspace: its own connections, data, reports and members. A freelancer runs a few; an agency runs one per client. During the beta an account can hold up to three workspaces.
Roles
| Role | Can | |---|---| | Owner | Everything — including the three things that cost someone else access or money: remove a teammate, change the plan, delete the workspace | | Admin (strategist) | Everything except those three | | Member (viewer) | Read everything; change nothing |
The role a teammate holds in the console is the same role the API enforces — there is one permission set, not two.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Members.
- Enter the teammate's email and pick a role.
- They receive an email with a link. The link expires after 14 days and works only for the address it was sent to — forwarding it to someone else does nothing.
- If they have no account yet, the accept page offers sign-up first and brings them back to the invitation.
Inviting by email is a Standard feature. On Free and Starter the control is visible with a Standard tag so you can see what the plan adds; the server checks the plan again when an invitation is sent.
Remove a teammate
Only the owner can remove a member. Removing someone ends their access immediately; it does not delete anything they created.
Pending invitations
Sent invitations are listed under Members until they are accepted or expire. You can resend or revoke one at any time. A pending invitation does not count as a member and does not count against the workspace cap.
